Business Development Manager

About the role

This Business Development role involves conducting market, competitor, customer, and location analysis to assess business opportunities and project potential. You will prepare and analyze preliminary Project Feasibility and financial assumptions to support investment decisions, develop Product Concept, Product Positioning, Pricing, and preliminary Budget aligned with market demand and project potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and location analysis to assess business opportunities and project potential
• Prepare and analyze preliminary Project Feasibility and financial assumptions to support investment decisions
• Develop Product Concept, Product Positioning, Pricing, and preliminary Budget aligned with market demand and project potential
• Analyze project constraints, including relevant laws, regulations, and development requirements
• Evaluate and propose effective space utilization and development approaches to maximize project value
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Construction, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other related teams throughout the project development process
• Prepare analysis, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Business Development, Real Estate Development, Investment Analysis, or Feasibility Study is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good business acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good command in English or Chinese
