We're partnering with a cyber insurance broker that grew by 120% last year. It is growing because of three reasons.

1. Cyber insurance is a growing market with few great competitors, meaning a specialist boutique will always out perform huge insurance brokers - Cyber insurance is the Plan B for when Plan A fails
2. They are building a sales led motion, hiring those with huge ambition who want to learn in an elite sales environment
3. They compensate those sales people with the best commission model I know about. 20% on new business. They also pay up to 20% on renewals which means your commission grows every year unlike other hunter roles
