Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling premium interior and exterior building products. The ideal candidate should have excellent connections with architects, interior designers, builders, structural consultants, and other construction industry professionals across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business for premium UHPC Wall Tiles and architectural wall cladding products.

• Meet architects, interior designers, standalone builders, villa developers, and structural consultants.

• Promote high-end faade and interior wall solutions for luxury villas and premium residential/commercial projects.

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and builder firms.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for project execution.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM.

Candidate Requirements

• 38 years of experience in sales of architectural, construction, interior, or exterior building products.

• Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants in Delhi NCR.

• Experience in products such as wall tiles, faade materials, stone, cladding, UHPC, AAC, flooring, sanitaryware, paints, or similar building materials is preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and be willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
