Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-outs.
• Build relationships with corporates, architects, consultants, PMCs, and developers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.
• Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in BD/Sales, preferably commercial interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and contracting projects.
• Established network with corporates, architects, consultants, PMCs, and developers.
• Proven track record of lead generation and project conversion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to independently manage sales pipeline and multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
