Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Plan and execute sales and business development strategies for real estate projects.

• Attend client meetings, presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.

• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital channels and market activities.

• Monitor team performance, follow-ups, site visits and sales conversions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and prospects.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on targets and performance.

• Support recruitment, training and onboarding of sales team members when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/business development; real estate experience preferred.

• Strong team-handling, leadership and target-achievement skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

• Confident in attending client meetings and handling negotiations.

• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and business development.

• Candidates will be evaluated based on relevant experience, performance and interview.
