Business Development Manager

Cyber Stark is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand across the UK & European markets. If you have experience in international B2B sales and an interest in cybersecurity/IT, we'd love to hear from you.

Work: 100% Remote/WFH (Anywhere from India)

Salary: Depends upon experience

What you'll be doing:

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads across the UK & Europe
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
• Connect with business owners, IT Managers, CTOs, CIOs and other decision-makers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right cybersecurity solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build long-term relationships with international customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of B2B/International Sales experience
• Experience selling to UK, Europe, US or other international markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
• Proven ability to manage and close sales opportunities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Cybersecurity knowledge is a big plus! Experience or knowledge in areas such as Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Microsoft 365 Security, Backup, IAM or GDPR will be highly preferred. You don't need to be a cybersecurity expert but you should be curious about technology and able to understand and communicate the business value of cybersecurity solutions.
