BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Overview

Drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships, particularly within the commercial, design, and architecture sectors.    Responsible for generating leads, delivering product presentations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction from proposal through project completion.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have a good existing network/contact lists of top Architects/Designers who are involved in high-end residential projects on an Indonesian basis, strong-minded with a robust personality required and should be from the High-End / Luxury Furniture segments.
• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design / Architecture is preferred or related fields.
• Min. 5 years prior industry-related business development experience in high-end luxury furniture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Focused and goal-oriented
• Strong account management skills
• Must be able and willing to aggressively sell the furniture
• Having an innovative approach, the ability to understand the prospective needs of the market, and develop business opportunities
• Should have skills in technical presentation and commercial negotiation
• Have experience handling corporate and major projects
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities, Forecasting Sales Targets for the team as well as individual.
