Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to grow and scale our transport and fleet business, with a strong focus on corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and secure Employee Transportation (ETS) contracts with corporates.
• Build and manage corporate tie-ups for fleet and transportation requirements.
• Grow the spot rental and on-demand vehicle business.
• Identify new corporate accounts and convert them into long-term contracts.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand the transport business.
• Handle commercial negotiations, proposals and contract closures.
• Build and maintain a strong business pipeline to achieve growth targets.
• Requirements:-
• 10+ years of experience in transport, fleet management, employee transportation or B2B business development.
• Strong corporate connections, particularly with HR, Admin, Procurement and Facility Management teams.
• Proven ability to acquire and close corporate contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Delhi NCR market experience preferred.
