About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Business Development with proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, developing a strong sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients across India and international markets. Will also be responsible for creating a distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare business proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Travel extensively across India and internationally to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record of generating new business and building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Strong communication,presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented,and capable of working independently.
