Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, senior sales executive or a relevant role with evident track record and result oriented approach

3. Have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes, Presales, Sales, Closure Sales, Selling techniques etc.

4. Ability to build rapport, ace time management and planning skills.

5. Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies and corporates would be preferred.

6. Develop sales growth strategies, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

8. Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients

9. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

11. Should have prior experience in handling a team. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

12. Provide support and guidance to the sales team in meeting their objectives

13. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
