BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About the role

Drive growth by identifying, securing, and launching airport and retail concessions — from feasibility and proposals to negotiations, stakeholder management, and opening coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify & develop new airport concession, leasing, and retail opportunities
• Conduct market research, site assessments, and feasibility/ROI analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender/concession submissions
• Build & manage relationships with MIAA, airport authorities, property owners, developers & partners
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, leases, concessions & partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functionally for new store development & launch
• Develop concepts for restaurants, kiosks, cafés, souvenir shops & retail formats
• Track pipeline & report progress/opportunities to management
• Drive revenue growth & expansion of existing & new locations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality or related field
• 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Retail, F&B, Leasing, Property or Concession Management
• Airport, mall, property leasing or retail expansion experience — highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking & relationship-management skills
• Commercially sharp with knowledge of ROI, financial feasibility & business proposals
• Proactive, results-oriented & able to independently close opportunities
