Business Development Manager

We are Looking for a result-oriented BDM B2B Sales with strong experience in new client acquisition, lead generation, revenue generation, relationship management, and business closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and acquire new clients and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Conduct client meetings and handle proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, follow-ups, and MIS.
• Build client relationships and drive repeat, upselling, and cross-selling business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 48 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong hunter mindset.
• Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn .
