Business Development Manager

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, strengthen partner relationships, and support the day-to-day operations that keep our wholesale channel running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and critical thinker who can both plan strategy and execute in the field.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and pursue new partnership and business opportunities
• Lead sales calls with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and grow relationships to expand the company's client base
• Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships
• Build and execute strategic plans to reach growth and KPI targets
• Think critically when planning to ensure project and initiative success

Operations Support

• Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
• Unpack and inspect incoming wholesale shipments
• Move and organize boxes and inventory as needed
• Lift and carry items in the 20–50 lb range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business development experience, ideally within a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
• Goal-oriented, focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Able to lift 20–50 lbs and perform light physical tasks as needed
