Business Development Manager

Business Acquisition

1. Identify and generate new leads for IT software services (Technology Sales, custom development, Managed services sales, Custom application upgrade, Solution sales, IT Process Automation, Knowledge of AI based solution)
2. Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
3. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
4. Understand client technical requirements and align solutions accordingly

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers
2. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
4. Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations
