As we continue to grow, we are seeking a clinically experienced and relationship-driven professional to join our team as Business Development Manager — helping us strengthen connections with hospitals, allied health providers, and other organisations supporting high-acuity NDIS participants.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing our organisation to external stakeholders — particularly hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
You will combine your clinical insight with strong interpersonal and networking skills to:
- Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers
- Identify opportunities to support participants with complex and high clinical needs
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry events, networking sessions, and professional meetings
- Work closely with our intake, care coordination, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and quality of service
- Contribute to the development of referral pathways and partnership frameworks with key health and disability organisations
About You
You’re a people person with a clinical background who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping connect people to quality care. You understand both the clinical and human side of the NDIS and are comfortable engaging with health professionals and service providers at all levels.
You will ideally have:
- A background in nursing, allied health, or similar clinical discipline
- Experience in the NDIS, community health, or hospital discharge coordination sector
- Strong professional networks within hospitals, healthcare providers, or disability services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on collaboration and outcomes
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to attend external meetings when required
Why Join Us
- Doctor-led organisation with a genuine commitment to clinical excellence
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
- Flexible working arrangements (work from home + field-based meetings)
- Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
- Be part of a mission-driven organisation making a real difference in people’s lives
