Business Development Manager

Experience Range : 10 – 15 Years

Location : Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Description :

• An Entrepreneurial driven person with 10+ years of experience in dealing with Indian/US/European Geography and handling Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers of automotive industry.
• Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients & leading the sales team.
• Should have experience of selling services and solution in the engineering services domain, understanding of product development lifecycle for automotive embedded electronics is plus.

What Role & Responsibility to Expect:

• To catalyze the business development in Indian/US region, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies.
• Study various verticals, identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Lead the sales team for overall unit growth Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion Track against targets and budget
• Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.
• Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process
• Assist in marketing and pre-sales activities.
