Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, negotiation, and inside sales techniques.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify potential clients in the real estate industry and build rapport with them through effective communication skills.
• Utilize e-tendering platforms like Gem Portal for tendering processes.
• Prepare winning proposals by understanding government tenders' requirements.
• Make new clients walk into government offices and onboard the new projects

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong skills in bidding, bid management, bidding portals (e.g., e-procurement), communication skills, contract negotiations, contracting, lead generation, leadership development, market research, marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
