Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Target and manage inbound digital inquiries and company databases for B2C and B2B clients.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct remote outreach through outbound calls, emails, and chat support regarding premium electronics.
• Product Consultation: Explain technical specifications, pricing, brand benefits, and ongoing offers for high-end audio and tech products.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate purchase terms, draft quotes, address consumer queries, and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• CRM Maintenance: Log all communications, update lead statuses, and track pipeline metrics using CRM software.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with operations, warehouse, and dispatch units to verify stock and provide delivery tracking updates.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
