Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow our Life Insurance Agency Channel.

The BDM will be responsible for recruiting Insurance Advisors, training and supporting them, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with advisors.
• Train and motivate advisors to achieve their targets.
• Generate life-insurance business through the agency channel.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Support advisors in getting leads and converting customers.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings when required.
• Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
• Develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow company guidelines.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or related fields.
• Experience in recruiting or managing Insurance Advisors is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work with and motivate a team.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel locally for field work.
