Job Summary

We're hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager-Telesales to lead our admissions and telesales team. You'll own enrollment targets, manage a team of telesales, drive lead follow-ups and successful student enrollments. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on telesales, team handling, targets, leading and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the telesales team.
• Manage and lead a team of telesales to achieve targets ( weekly and monthly)
• Drive lead follow-ups, student admissions and course enrollments related to DA, DS, AI and SAP.
• Monitor team performance and support the team in improving conversion and target achievement.
• Use strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills to drive results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales/business development experience, with team-handling experience mandatory.
• Experience in education, training or EdTech sales is strongly preferred.
• IT/technology sector background is a plus.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling team management or admissions sales is relevant.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
