Business Development Manager

Recycling Media is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us generate new clients through freelance marketplaces and direct outreach.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our Upwork, Fiverr & PeoplePerHour profiles.
• Find relevant website design & development projects and submit targeted proposals.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups and initial negotiations.
• Generate leads through cold email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Research potential clients and build targeted prospect lists.
• Maintain a lead pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Work closely with our development/design team to convert leads into projects.
• Track sales activity, leads, proposals and conversions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Business Development / Lead Generation / Sales.
• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr or PeoplePerHour is highly preferred.
• Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Good understanding of website design & development services.
• Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive.

Work Mode: In-House
Location: Karachi
Employment: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commission based on experience.
