Business Development Manager Leinster Region | Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing business operating within the motor finance sector. Covering the Leinster region, this role will focus on managing existing dealer relationships, developing new business opportunities and driving growth across an established territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing dealer accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across the motor trade.
• Conduct regular dealership visits and account reviews.
• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in Business Development, Field Sales or Account Management.
• Experience within the motor trade is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a regional territory.
• Strong CRM and organisational skills.
• Full clean driver's licence.
