YOUR ROLE

As a BDM at Homes4Rent, you are not just a salesperson – you are the architect of relationships. Your days will be filled with crafting connections with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. You'll build and nurture relationships, always ready to lend a helping hand. While primarily an independent role, you'll seamlessly integrate with our property management team, ensuring a smooth handover of all the successful business you bring in.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Your attributes should shine in the following areas:

• Experience in a sales-based role, real estate experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
• An innate ability to articulate persuasively - demonstrating fearlessness when initiating conversations over the phone to passionately represent both yourself and the company.
• Self-motivation, passion, and a knack for forming solid client relationships.
• Insight into potential problems that owners may face with their current property managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven networking skills and the ability to establish relationships with strategic alliance partners and marketing groups.
• Goal-setting prowess and the ability to develop action plans.
• Digital marketing skills, including effective use of social media.
