Business Development Manager

Responsibility

• Drive business growth, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships
• Identify new business and monetization opportunities through data and CRM insights
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to support long-term business success
• Manage end-to-end projects and ensure smooth execution with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project timelines and deliverables
• Lead strategic accounts and commercial campaigns from planning to final delivery
• Analyze business performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
• Ensure financial accuracy, documentation, and compliance with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Utilize strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills to achieve business targets

Qualification

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Loyalty Business, Retail Media, CRM, Digital Advertising, or Business Development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
• Strong capabilities in Project Management and Performance Management
