5V Tech are working with a growing B2B technology company that helps businesses reduce costs, improve operations and scale their technology reliably. With a strong technical product and an ambitious growth plan for Europe, they're now investing in the DACH market.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own the region, win new logos and grow key accounts.

This is a genuine hunter role where you'll build your own pipeline, run the full sales cycle and turn technical strengths into clear business outcomes for decision makers.

What you'll be working on:

• Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to signed contract
• Generating new pipeline through targeted outbound, partners and industry events
• Leading discovery meetings and building business cases for multiple stakeholders
• Negotiating pricing, terms and contracts with procurement and senior decision makers
• Keeping activity, pipeline and revenue forecasting accurate in the CRM
• Working with Product and Engineering teams to shape proposals that win business

What they're looking for:

• Fluent German and English
• 3-5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role with full closing responsibility
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience selling hardware , IoT , SaaS or connected solutions
• Experience building your own pipeline and closing mid to large deals
• Experience selling technical products or solutions to business buyers
• A real " hunter " mindset, focused on new business development and new logo acquisition
• Confidence in C-level meetings, written proposals and commercial negotiations

Bonus points for:

• HubSpot or similar CRM experience
• An existing network across DACH industry or enterprise customers
