Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Manager to grow our wiring harness business in North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop wiring harness clients across North America in the following sectors: Automotive, Industrial, New Energy, Medical, Aerospace, Drones / UAV, Robotics
• Proactively identify and follow up on potential clients, building long-term partnerships
• Maintain existing clients and explore upselling opportunities
• Travel to North America as required for client visits and trade shows
• Manage the full cycle from lead generation to order closure

About you

• Passionate, ambitious, and action-oriented
• Strong business development and client maintenance mindset
• Self-driven, performance-oriented, able to manage your own schedule
• Wiring harness industry experience preferred
• North America market experience preferred
• Willing to travel to North America and follow company arrangements
