Business Development Manager

• Manage client relationships, including property managers, developers, contractors and commercial clients.
• Drive business development by identifying new projects, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up on business opportunities
• Monitor project budgets, costs, manpower deployment and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, landscape teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee procurement of plants, materials, equipment and other operational requirements.
• Monitor service quality, workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.
• Handle client feedback and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare business and operational reports, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales
