360 Technology LLC is looking for an experienced IT Consulting Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and grow our IT staffing and consulting business.

Business Development Manager

Location: Dallas, TX | Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with U.S. enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Sell IT staffing, staff augmentation, contract, contract-to-hire, and IT consulting services .
• Develop relationships with CIOs, HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams.
• Identify opportunities through direct clients, MSP/VMS programs, and enterprise accounts .
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through MSA/SOW and account growth.
• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain pipeline and achieve sales/revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT staffing sales / IT consulting sales / business development .
• Proven new-client acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing Dallas/DFW or U.S. client relationships preferred.
• MSP/VMS experience with platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or Magnit is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive base + commission + performance incentives.
