Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager from the Facility Management industry to drive business growth and manage key client relationships across Hyderabad and Vizag.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Hyderabad and Vizag.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle IT/Corporate clients and understand their facility management requirements.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, commercial negotiations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Facility Management industry.
• Must have experience handling IT clients' / IT parks / corporate clients.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and Vizag.
