Business Development Manager

We’re hiring someone to develop, oversee, and implement company’s sales and marketing processes based out of LaVergne, TN. This is a 1099 (Contractor Position) role paying $16-$18 per hour plus performance bonuses for set appointments and closed new accounts (sales appointments are conducted by owner). Set your own hours, success in the role is based on results.

Premier Floor Care is quickly growing and expanding. We currently offer carpet cleaning in the apartment turn industry. We are actively looking for key person to assist in growing our existing business as well as expanding our services.

· Oversee and implement the entire sales and marketing process: including but not limited to direct mail, email, appointment setting, social media management, SEO management (outsourced contractor), GBP management

· Assist in the development and growth of all sales and marketing processes

· Interact with property and maintenance managers

· Always conduct yourself in a professional manner

· Maintain a positive attitude, be reliable and punctual

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional English required

· Work independently

· Log phone call dispositions and any other feedback

Appointment setting experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
