Role Summary

We are hiring Business Development Managers to lead a team of 7 field sales professionals and drive revenue, productivity, pipeline and closures for the Property Resale business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a team of 7 field sales professionals.
• Own team targets, revenue, productivity and conversion.
• Drive customer meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.
• Monitor pipelines and individual performance.
• Coach the team on prospecting, objection handling and closing.
• Handle critical customer escalations and negotiations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and action plans.
• Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4–5 years of overall sales experience
• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Strong field sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Automotive / Consumer / other target-driven industries preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
