Identify potential customers and build relationships with them to increase product demand.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development Management in the Plastics Industry.
B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably).
Strong understanding of HDPE, LDPE, PPE materials and their applications.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
