About Engage Process

Engage Process is a leading provider of a SaaS/Cloud process management platform with a current focus towards local government and housing associations. Our tool empowers teams to map, analyse, improve and share business processes rapidly and collaboratively.

Why work for Engage Process

  1. We are a market leading SaaS platform that works within the Public Sector with good brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

  3. People focused leadership that empower team members to deliver their work and drive the company forward.
  4. As a growing UK operation, the successful candidate will also have an opportunity to influence how we develop our UK sales approach rather than simply joining a large, rigid sales structure.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing an allocated territory and identifying, researching, and engaging new prospects across local authorities and housing associations, and managing the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using agreed criteria.
  • Book meetings and conduct product demos and manage the full sales cycle from start to finish
  • Manage the full sales pipeline and close deals to deliver assigned sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments by executing thorough market research.
  • Share insights and work together with our marketing team in marketing campaigns; follow up on leads generated by these.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Engage Process products, process management and agile methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience managing successfully a full B2B SaaS sales cycle, ideally with deal cycles of 6 to 12 months.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and comfortable engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of progressing opportunities independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel to events in the UK and NL
  • Confident managing long and often complex sales cycles
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, E-Mail, Phone, Web Meetings to communicate
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a small UK-based team

Desirable

  • Public sector framework knowledge (e.g. G-Cloud, procurement practices)
  • Experience selling into local government or housing associations
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Process Mapping software

What We Offer

In addition to working at a young, fast growing tech company, our commercial team benefits from:

  • Base compensation £55k to £65k gross per year
  • Attractive variable compensation, approx. £10k (OTE) gross per year
  • Travel and commute expenses paid by the company (excluding applicable income taxes)
  • Internal training and professional development
  • This is an hybrid role working from our UK Office in London 3 to 4 days per week
  • This role is full time 32-40 hours per week based on an 8 hour working day
