Business Development Manager

1. Develop and execute B2C business development strategies to drive sales, revenue growth and customer acquisition across online and offline channels.

2. Manage and grow online sales channels, including TikTok, Shopee and other relevant marketplaces, with a focus on pricing, competitiveness and commercial performance.

3. Plan and oversee social commerce activities, promotions, seasonal campaigns, product bundles and customer incentive programmes.

4. Develop and expand the Company's fitting network, workshops and other offline sales and service partnerships based on customer demand and market opportunities.

5. Build strategic partnerships with automotive businesses, car clubs, corporate customers, referral partners, affiliates, influencers and other relevant business partners.

6. Identify and evaluate new customer segments, sales channels, products, services and revenue opportunities based on market demand and commercial viability.

7. Monitor sales performance, enquiries, conversion rates, revenue, margins and channel performance, and implement improvement actions where required.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour, pricing and product demand within the automotive and tyre industry.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
