Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Experienced in developing B2B Industrial / System Integration / Automobile / Solar Renewable Energy / and Servers and DATA Centre applications (enterprise-SSD applications).
• Familiar with B2B Channels in Malaysia preferably Selangor/Penang/Johore Bahru will be added advantage.
• Familiarity in Renewable Energy (Solar Energy) market will be an added advantage.
• Ability to devise and implement marketing strategies/plans to meet sales KPIs using digital and traditional marketing tools/platforms.
• Ability to strategize, plan, budget and achieve sales and marketing KPIs deliverables.
• Ability to build and manage/lead a strong sales and marketing team eventually once proven.
• Salaries will be commensurate with experience.
• Based in Selangor (Serdang) or Johore Bahru and able to travel to Singapore for quarterly meeting.

• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Good project management skills, effective and able to work within budget and market-driven.
• High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced, matrix organization environment.
• Good charisma & interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
• Possess strong leadership; lead by example.
• Ability to travel at short notice.
• Preferably with own transport. (allowance provided)
• Preferred language : English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
