We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our BD team and drive client acquisition through LinkedIn, PPH, Indeed, Upwork, and Fiverr.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
Mandatory: Previous experience managing and leading a BD/Sales team
Strong expertise in freelancing platforms and online client acquisition
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM, lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Proven track record of lead generation, client conversion, and revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong target-driven leadership and team-management abilities
Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies
