Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
Experience in HR Services, Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or HR Tech.
Knowledge of AI tools, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Comfortable with travelling, attending HR events and exhibitions, and meeting clients within the assigned territory.
Strong business development and revenue generation capabilities.
