JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Industry: Marble, Granite & Stone
Salary: Up to 45,000/-
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and leads for marble, granite & stone products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, dealers, interior designers, and clients.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Strong sales and business development experience.
• Knowledge of marble, granite, tiles or building materials preferred.
• Strong client relationship and networking skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, and result-driven approach.
