Business Development Manager

• Develop relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
• Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Assign targets, monitor performance, and support team development Identify potential clients, dealers, channel partners, and corporate customers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up for order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update leads through CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of solar PV/EPC solutions.
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Client relationship and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
