* Develop business across warehousing, transportation, distribution and CFS.
* Prepare logistics solutions, proposals, costing and commercial offers and lead negotiations.
* Build and manage a high-performing sales/business development team.
* Achieve targets for revenue, gross margin, new business, volumes, customer retention and profitability.
