Business Development Manager

THE COMPANY:

 This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to join a highly regarded and growing residential property business. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll be responsible for generating new managements, building strong client relationships and driving portfolio growth across a premium residential portfolio.

THE ROLE:

• Generate new managements through prospecting and referrals
• Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships
• Convert leads into long-term management clients
• Attend business development appointments
• Manage the onboarding of new properties
• Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless handovers
• Contribute to portfolio growth and business success

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• Previous Business Development, Leasing or Property Management experience
• Proven ability to build relationships and win new business
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven and target-focused
• Professional presentation and customer-first approach
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
