Business Development Manager

• Market Expansion: Research and identify potential new markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in luxury or office furniture.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key "specifiers" such as architects, interior designers, and builders who influence product selection.
• Full Sales Cycle Oversight: Lead the process from initial prospecting and lead generation to solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop retail or B2B business strategies aligned with long-term growth goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor entry-level sales staff, set goals for the development team, and ensure individual and team targets are consistently met.
• Project Coordination: Work with internal design and production teams to ensure bespoke furniture solutions meet technical client requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
