Business Development Manager

What you'll do: Identify, acquire, and onboard new advertisers, publishers, and key partners (creators, platforms, networks) to expand market presence. Conduct outbound prospecting, lead discovery meetings, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate agreements to close new deals. Understand partner business models and growth strategies to offer tailored solutions and build long-term, ROI-driven relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Publisher, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and share market insights. Represent the company at industry events and networking webinars to expand market presence and track competitor trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we expect: 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Acquisition. Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or eCommerce is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities. Commercial mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Comfortable working with CRM systems. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
