Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build our partner network from scratch in Madagascar. This is a field-first role: you'll spend most of your time meeting fleet owners, and partners in person, not behind a desk. If you know how to connect with people on the ground, understand how local transport and logistics work, and are energized by building rather than maintaining - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard fleet partners - from first contact to going live
• Build long-term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators, and independent vehicle owners
• Manage supply quality and volume in the local market: track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, drive improvements
• Develop new acquisition channels, including through distribution and logistics networks
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams from and contribute to shaping the market strategy

Requirements

• Background in acquisition, business development, sales and partnerships
• Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of counterparts
• Driven by results and genuine interest in the challenge
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage
• Fluent in both the local language and English
