Business Development Manager

We are seeking an aggressive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition for our UPB Acquiring and Crypto Payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire new merchants with stablecoin settlement needs.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, driving clients to successfully integrate and launch UPB acquiring solutions.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local PSPs, payment channels, and acquiring service providers.

• Act as the main point of contact for key merchants, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize payment experiences.

Requirements:

• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Solid B2B sales/BD experience in Payments, Acquiring, PSP, or Crypto Payment/Fintech sectors.

• Strong existing network and resources in target industries.

• Proven ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives, Heads of Payment, or Finance Directors.

• A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong drive to close deals and hit targets.
