What they need
9+ years of sales experience, with significant experience specifically in
TMT/Rebar/Steel Bars.
Direct experience in TMT steel bar sales and market trading.
Strong experience handling dealers, distributors and steel traders.
Proven experience in dealer-network development and market expansion.
Strong understanding of the Coimbatore and surrounding TMT/steel market.
Experience in achieving sales targets and managing business volumes.
Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Experience handling collections/outstanding payments.
Willingness to undertake extensive market travel within the assigned territory.
Strong communication, relationship-management and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
