I’m working with a growing UK packaging distributor looking to add a proven Business Development Manager to its commercial team.

Working across flexible packaging, films, labels and associated packaging solutions , they can offer customers a broad range of products rather than being restricted to a single manufacturing capability.

And that creates a big opportunity for the right salesperson.

This is a remote, field-based new business role for someone who wants the freedom to get out into the market, build their own pipeline and win.

They want someone who gets a buzz from:

🎯 Prospecting and identifying new opportunities

📞 Creating conversations with new prospects

🚪 Opening doors that are currently closed

🤝 Building relationships from scratch

💰 Winning profitable new business

📈 Growing a territory and being rewarded for it

This is not an account management role dressed up as business development.

The emphasis is firmly on NEW BUSINESS .

Ideally, you’ll already have experience selling packaging, particularly flexible packaging, films, labels or related products , and you'll be able to demonstrate that you can create and convert your own pipeline.
