Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and maintain business partnership channels, design cooperation models and proposals, and drive agreement signing
• Drive channel partnership execution: align resources and schedules with partners, launch channel campaigns and promotions, and track results
• Lead channel promotion of stock trading kiosks: develop location and partner resources, organise kiosk rollout and promotion plans, and track usage and account conversions
• Establish channel performance tracking and evaluation, produce regular data analysis (new accounts, CAC, channel ROI), and optimise the channel mix
• Explore new partnership opportunities and business models to broaden acquisition channel coverage
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure compliant execution of channel activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of experience in channel development, business development (BD) or related roles
• Brokerage, fintech or O2O channel partnership experience preferred; experience in smart-device placement or stock-trading-kiosk channel promotion is a plus
• Excellent business negotiation and communication skills; existing commercial venue, mall or partner resources are a plus
• Data-driven, able to assess channel value and adjust partnership strategies based on data
• Results-oriented with strong execution; comfortable with field visits and business meetings
• Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English or Cantonese as a working language is a plus
