Business Development Manager

Company Overview:

With a strong emphasis on design, innovation, aesthetics, and execution excellence, the organization works closely with architects, designers, OEMs, and channel partners to influence premium project specifications across residential and commercial segments.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leading architects, interior designers, design studios, and luxury project influencers across Mumbai.
• Drive product specifications for premium residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Conduct regular architect and designer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, mock-up discussions, and sampling activities.
• Generate and track project leads through the specification cycle until commercial conversion.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams, OEM teams, distributors, and dealers to ensure timely follow-up and project execution.
• Maintain structured CRM updates, project pipelines, specification status reports, and relationship mapping.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.
• 48 years of relevant experience in architect and designer relationship management within building materials, decorative surfaces, laminates, panels, veneers, modular furniture, lighting, hardware, tiles, paints, or allied industries. Candidates with an existing strong network in Mumbai will be strongly preferred.
