What they need
Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for PVC flooring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builder, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Job Requirement :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the flooring or furnishing materials industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
